All first time guests must schedule a consultation as their first appointment, NO exceptions!

Microlock installations will not be quoted in regards to price over the phone, all prices are given during consultations. NO exceptions!!

Cancellation fees of $25 will be charged for cancelling less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment.

Extra guests are not allowed if they are not being serviced!

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment please call to see if stylists can still perform all services in the salon scheduler.

Color consultations are performed on old and new guests if it is the first time Serene is coloring your hair!  NO exceptions!!!!
